Shizen Shinpo
This exercise program is designed to help anyone easily master the natural laws and fundamental principles of movement inherent in traditional martial arts and mind techniques that have been passed down for centuries in countries such as Japan, China, and India. Shutaro Ideguchi has spent over 30 years practicing various forms of Qigong, Chen-style tai chi, and Aikijujutsu. Through years of research, he discovered the common principles underlying these disciplines and systematized them under the name “Shizen Shinpo.”
