9-dan, Hanshi Shihan.

Joined Kyokushinkaikan in 1974.
In 1980 he became an uchideshi in the Royama dojo.
Served as head of the Kyokushinkaikan Fukushima branch and left the Kyokushinkaikan in December 2002. Became deputy head of Kyokushinkan.
On 17 April 2022, he was appointed Kyokushinkan Director by Kyokushinkan Scholarship Society President Umeda.
